The Founder
Kevin Josephs is the founder of Josephs Legal Services. The firm provides effective and affordable legal representation to individual and corporate clients. Kevin has been a paralegal practitioner in Ontario since 1996 and has represented numerous clients on a range of matters including appearances in Criminal Court, Small Claims Court, Traffic Court, and various Administrative Tribunals.
Educational Background
Kevin is a political science alumnus from York University. He holds a paralegal diploma from York College of Industry & Technology, in addition to a paralegal post graduate certificate from Centennial College of Applied Arts & Technology -- both obtained with honours.
Licensing
Kevin is a licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, the governing body for lawyers and paralegals in the province.
Insurance
The firm maintains 2 million dollars of errors and omission insurance by regulation.
